The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. fada888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated transactions, and permanently ban the relevant Player from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fada888 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fada888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your fada888 Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. fada888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized activity.
fada888 may request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension until verification is completed satisfactorily.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. fada888 may apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players will be notified prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Active Bonus Balances will be forfeited upon an Account becoming inactive.
fada888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All real-money balances on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). fada888 does not accept cash payments or payments made in currencies other than PHP for bank and e-wallet transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your fada888 Account. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take between five (5) and thirty (30) minutes to reflect, subject to banking system availability.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the fada888 Account holder. fada888 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed during the withdrawal request process. Processing times may be extended pending KYC verification, fraud screening, or administrative review. fada888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
fada888 complies fully with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. fada888 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Bonuses and promotional offers issued by fada888 are subject to individual terms presented at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus, and expiry periods. Players must read and accept these individual bonus terms before claiming any offer.
Bonus funds credited to your fada888 Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and any game contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
fada888 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses using different registrations, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to complete wagering requirements, exploiting software or calculation errors, and coordinating with other Players to abuse promotions. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all bonuses voided, and any winnings derived from abusive activity forfeited.
fada888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players. Changes to wagering terms on active bonuses will not be retroactively applied to bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change.
All games available on the fada888 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and physical equipment under studio conditions for live dealer games. Game outcomes are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness in accordance with industry standards.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, fada888 will use its game log records to determine the outcome of incomplete rounds. fada888 will make reasonable efforts to credit or adjust Player balances accordingly based on the recorded game state at the time of failure. fada888 shall not be liable for losses attributable to external technical issues beyond its control, including Player-side connectivity failures.
